The qualified candidate should project a professional image with internal and external clients.
This candidate should also be flexible while performing a variety of tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
Computer skills in Microsoft Office Some experience using QuickBooks Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Processing Bank and charge card reconciliations Basic understanding of payroll processing General office clerical duties (scanning, data entry, filing) Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus, but not required.
This is a Part-time in-office position with flexible hours that could turn full time.
Starting pay will be in the $17-18 per hour range, depending on experience.
