EHS&RC Compliance Specialist

Summary of Position
Thisposition is responsible for leading the field programs required to ensurecompliance with CDPHE's fugitive gas vapor (methane) emissions rules. Theseresponsibilities include participating in field required STEM and LDAR complianceinspections, minor leak repairs and follow-up procedures. It is expected this individual will work inunison with Field Environmental Compliance Technicians, EnvironmentalCompliance Managers, technical staff and field operations staff in thisrole. The duties includeunderstanding and complying with local, state and federal laws and regulatoryrequirements and identifying and implementing compliance program improvements.
Job Description
Responsible for field environmental and regulatory compliance, leadingfugitive gas emissions inspections and leak repairs.
Work on assigned team, with Compliance Technician, capable of handling all STEM and LDAR test requirements
Perform leak inspections with IR camera, quantify and record leaks withapplicable equipment
Assist as needed in conducting repairs, and act as safety watch and permitadministrator as necessary
Contribute to leak and repair tracking efforts and associated reportingin company database
Participate in regular LDAR team meetings, as well as periodic reviews/audits to assist in the improvement of efficiency, safety and reporting from the BCEI LDAR team
Responsible for the field environmental and regulatory compliance, conduction fugitive gas emissions inspections and leak repairs
Work independently to conduct detailed emissions inspections using optical imagining equipment
Actively participate in Behavior BasedSafety and Equipment Integrity Observation programs
Manage the tracking, documentation andmaintenance of field equipment and facility site diagrams, for regulatoryreporting purposes.
This data is essential for the efficiency of variousdepartments in the company.
Manage AIRS ID labeling and regulatorysignage posting programs, for all field sites.
Identify and recommend correctiveactions for improving field compliance and assist Field Environmental Manager indevelopment of cost effective solutions.
Provide relief coverage occasionally forField EHS Manager, managing associated responsibilities.
LDAR Program Monitoring Dispatche
Document, process and dispatch investigationsfor process alarms
Organize and execute in-depth investigations
LDAR Inspections
Responsible for field environmental and regulatorycompliance, conducting fugitive gas emissions inspections and leak repairs
Work independently to conduct detailed emissionsinspections using optical imaging equipment
LDAR Program administrative controls monitoring
Review Facility Inspections for accuracy andrequired response to close out actions
Daily review of facility liquid level limits
Minimum JobQualifications
5+ Years ofexperience in oil and gas
Knowledge ofoil field processes, equipment and safety requirements
Strongattention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
Familiaritywith environmental and regulatory compliance requirements

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
